Letter from the President:

Welcome to the Wayne County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 62 Web Site. Our lodge serves law enforcement for Wayne County along with Greene, Lenoir, Sampson, and Wilson Counties. We are a group of dedicated law enforcement officers, both active and retired, who believe that we have something to give back to our community. We have our annual “Shop with an Officer Christmas Program” which gives underprivileged children a Christmas when their parents cannot afford to have one. We have “Child ID Programs” and also have a scholarship for Basic Law Enforcement Training for both Wayne and Lenoir Community Colleges. If you’re a law enforcement officer who is on active duty; a person who works with law enforcement; or are a person who wants to help our officers then we invite you to join us. The membership application can be downloaded and sent to our address. The membership committee will review it and contact you.
